Possible causes for Password not accepted
1. Your employee code & ESS Password is the login credential for the site.
2. Password is case sensitive, Please check if CAPS lock on.
3. You can change password through your ESS Change Password Screen.
4. Use 'Forget Password' link in ESS for password recovery. Check the email id where the email is sent, in case its not correct, please send an email to your HR SPOC.

Other Possible Blockers
1. Please check if pop-up is blocked in case you are not able to view salary slip or reimbursement slips.
2. Adobe PDF Reader is installed.
3. if Certificate trust message comes, please use the continue option.
4. If you are ex employee, you can access this for three months and your date of birth will be your password
